1.Summary Of APD

The APD is a Democratic Republic army. Our full name in initals is (OAOPD) It stands for Offical Agency Of Pandanda

Apd Capital- Oak is our captial. This server is were APD was pretty much created. All Citizens/Soliders live in Oak. So keep Oak safe!

Willows- This is the traning grown and war land for APD. So you could watch some great wars in willows!

Never let any enemy in our server! Fight alone no matter what it takes! Try to stop them. Let allies in. But if the leader says to keep allies out you keep them out!

3. Government:

APD has a Democratic Republic Goverment. That means we are a mix between a Democracy (We elect our leaders) and a Republic (The people have a say, and we have votes for big decisions). Here are the ranks in the Government:

President: This person can be impeached (fired from his/her position) if there is a unanimous decision by the Senate.

Vice President [Co-Leader(s)]: This person must be elected, but has no limit for the time he/she can serve. The only way to get a new one is if the President fires him/her, or if he/she is impeached, with a unanomous decision by the Senate.

Senator/Consulate: These people must be elected. They can only serve for four months before becoming ordinary citizens or being elected again.

Citizen (Soldier): Anyone who isn’t elected is a citizen.

The citizens vote but the Goverment influences people to vote for someone. Also the Goverment has to pass any button or banner for your campain. Also the Goverment choses who goes into the elections.

Executive Branch:

Executive Branch Definition-

The power of the Executive Branch is vested in the President of APD, who also acts as head of state and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces. The President is responsible for implementing and enforcing the laws written by Congress and, to that end, appoints the heads of the federal agencies, including the Cabinet. The Vice President is also part of the Executive Branch, ready to assume the Presidency should the need arise.

The Cabinet and independent federal agencies are responsible for the day-to-day enforcement and administration of federal laws. These departments and agencies have missions and responsibilities as widely divergent as those of the Department of Defense and the Environmental Protection Agency, the Social Security Administration and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Legislative Branch:

8 Senators

To get a major bill passed, the senate must approve it 3/4 vote.

Then it will go to the Consulates, who must also pass it with 3/4 vote.

The parties allowed are:

• Democratic (Liberal)
• Republican (Conservative)
• Independant

There will be elections every 4 months, and unless the Branch gets dissolved by order of the President, it is always active.

The President is the Congessional Leader, and will moderate all discussions and sessions. Certain Senators and Consulates will be placed on Commitees in order to focus on certain issues

Citizens And Elections

Citizens- To be a citizen of APD all you have to do is join on the join page! Here are some things the citizens get to do-

Elections: To choose leaders, we hold elections. We hold an election every four months, and the winners get a rank in the Government. Here is what happens in elections:

• Everyone submits their name if they want to be elected.
• We hold several polls, and the winners from each poll go on to the next round (Semi-Finals). Anyone in the Semi-Finals is automatically going to have a rank in the Government.
• The two, three or four winners of the Semi-Finals go on to the Finals. Everyone else gets a rank in the Government. The lowest scoring people are Senators, the middle people are Consulates, and the winners are in the Final Round.
• If two or more people are proven to be good candidates after the elections, we will have another election. To win, we must have at least 30 people voting. The winner must win by two thirds. If not, the two, or even three top people get to be Senators.

5. The Decleration(s) Of APD

About The Decleration- The Decleration was signed and made on April30th 2009. The founders of APD made it. Seert and Ponchieoo. But everyone else who was in high rankings signed it. This is not the original one-

The Original one is stowed away on a website that no one can get to. The contract was made in order to make a huge step foward in APD. This decleration must be used all through out the generations. It has information about elections , presidentual information and the laws of APD. There is more laws but it took a while to put it on. This contract was from the head of Ponchieoo.  He was the co-founder of APD. The contract was a idea from making APD colaps.
