March 9, 2009-Seert found APD, He had the idea from being leaders of some ClunbPenguin armies. He had a idea of making a big army. So he made one! But in Pandanda version!

A new army is created by ponchieoo. It soon crashes on April 21 , 2009
March 24, 2009-
Me and 2 other people from the original council of pandas came together and had a meeting. We talked about laws and rules. We came up with 5 in about 3 hours. These words are-
1.If a leader quits a army the co-leader becomes leader
2.If a leader or co-leader hacks or breaks a pandanda rule they will be banned from the army for life
3.If a army says your dead but your still alive after war (you cant say that or the council will gather and plane what will happen to your army)
4.Major armies can not merg with other armies
5.Only major armies agree to go to WW
April 18, 2009-
The first war is canceled it was EPA vs APD. For the server Oak.
April30, 2009- The Declaration of APD is made by Ponchieoo.
May 2, 2009- The government was also made on this day.
May 23 ,2009- Ponchieoo is promoted leader by Seert, He said to ponchieoo he is going to quit in late summer. And then seert quited so our national day is may 23 , 2009
June 19, 2009- The Invasion of Maple. TP is getting on APD’S Nerves. So We take away Willows from TP. Also APD is re-named Agency of pandanda. Because some moderators are angry at “Armys” or “Gangs” So we made the divisions-
- Agency
- Clan/S.W.A.T. Team
We also made new names for the ranks
August 21st 2009- APD is announced closed a tragity for many, The empire fell 3 days after, Alot of people knew that APD would soon rise again! Into a bigger army?
December 20th 2009-
Apd re-opening? Alot of rumors spread around pandanda in october thru december, Now the empire is re-building! With new Leaders? I guess so! Who will be the next Leader of APD?
January 1st- July 1st 2010-
The Great Depression of Pandanda. Hardly any Armys are growing. Apd became Inactive and Almost Fell. Will APD Ever come back to Pandanda?
July 6th 2010-
Ponchieoo posted a drawing of who will be the Next Chapter in APD History? Will he make the Empire have another golden age again like it did in the glory days? Or will it Fall and can not be re-built? Lets Find out. One. Step. At. A. Time.
